Tomorrow, Saturday June 24th at 08:00 the Grand Junction Fire Department and American Heart Association will be co-hosting a mass CPR event with hundreds of participants at Grand Junction High School.
To kick off the event, the American Heart Association will be presenting Mesa County EMS, GJFD, and Clifton Fire Department with a prestigious recognition award for outstanding cardiac care. We will have agency representatives, cardiac event survivors sharing their stories, and hundreds of people learning CPR for free! We invite you to join us for this story and community event, and to celebrate the outstanding work of our first responders.
The event will take place at the old gym at Grand Junction High School. Signs will be posted for parking and directing you to the gym. For more information contact GJFD PIO at 970-697-8587.
