The Grand Junction Fire Department would like to remind the community to work together to help keep neighborhoods safe. If you see a natural fire hazard in your neighborhood, work with your community to mitigate the hazard. A defensible space around your home, clear of vegetation allows fire crews to defend your property in the event of a fire.
